Flourish are recruiting for area sales executives in Bristol for our large client in the logistics space. This role involves travel and will require a driving license to be considered for the opportunity There is a 1 stage interview process taking place Mid February at the Flourish offices in Victoria, London. Basic salary on offer of £36k uncapped commission (£75k OTE) - £4500 car allowance Your purpose (in a nutshell) Working in the Network Sales Team your primary responsibility will be to achieve your individual sales targets for volume and revenue in line with the strategy of the business for size of customer and product mix. You will be responsible for generating your own leads and developing a pipeline to convert into new clients within a defined area. You will be accountable for: • Identifying and developing a personal prospect pipeline of sufficient quality and quantity to deliver against monthly, quarterly and annual volume and revenue targets as set by the business. • Meeting all set KPI’s and achieving productivity targets. • Managing and recording sales activity and sales process through the CRM System • Onboarding new clients in a timely manner to meet projected go-live dates. • Ensuring all new clients have a full understanding of Customer Service processes and have all the tools and contacts required to self-serve across all areas of the business • Monitoring the performance of new clients to ensure they trade to profile across all products and services within 4 weeks of go-live. • New clients are ready to handover over within 6 weeks of trading • Resolving escalations and account queries • Working with local operations team to promote new client awareness and to ensure expected level of service is achieved Qualifications: • Experienced within a Telesales, Field Sales or Account Management role • Full UK Driving Licence and ability to travel • Minimum 1yr of commercial experience within logistics/service industry Knowledge and Experience: • Experienced in winning sales / working within a similar role • An excellent understanding of e-Commerce and the SME marketplace • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Professional and IT literature with a good knowledge of Microsoft Office Technical and People Skills: • Organised, proactive, energetic, hungry to succeed • Creative problem-solving skills including negotiation and conflict resolution • Able to forge relationships with the internal stakeholders
