System Implementation Project Manager
The Role:
As a System Implementation Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in implementing a Global HRIS system across 80 countries, ensuring seamless integration and alignment with strategic business objectives. This is a hybrid role based in our Portadown office three days per week, with the flexibility to work remotely for the remainder.
The Responsibilities:
* Lead the end-to-end implementation of a Global HRIS system.
* Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
* Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets, ensuring alignment with business goals and IT capabilities.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including HR, IT, business analysts, developers, and external vendors.
* Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
* Facilitate regular status meetings and prepare comprehensive reports for stakeholders.
* Conduct post-project evaluations to ensure continuous improvement and value realisation.
The Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, IT or a related field, must also be PRINCE2 certified.
* Minimum of 5 years' experience as a Project Manager or involved in project management.
* Familiarity around HRIS systems and the implementation of such.
* Strong understanding of business processes and IT applications.
* Experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
