We are seeking a dedicated and skilled RGN Home Manager to work across multiple services in the North East of England.
As the Registered Manager, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and ensuring the well-being of our residents.

Salary: £50k - £55k
Location: Sunderland, Newcastle & Surrounding areas.
Responsibilities:
* Overall management of the care homes, including staff supervision, budget management, and adherence to regulatory guidelines.
* Ensure the delivery of person-centered care, promoting a supportive and nurturing environment for residents.
* Recruit, train, and develop a team of dedicated care staff, fostering a culture of excellence and compassion.
* Conduct regular assessments of residents' needs, develop individual care plans, and review progress to ensure the provision of personalized care.
* Collaborate with healthcare professionals, families, and external stakeholders to ensure the holistic well-being of residents.
* Maintain accurate records and documentation in compliance with regulatory requirements.
* Oversee the implementation and maintenance of quality assurance processes and continuous improvement initiatives.
* Maintain effective communication channels with residents, families, and staff to address concerns, provide updates, and encourage feedback.
* Uphold a strong understanding of current best practices in the care sector and apply them to improve service delivery.
Requirements:
* Registered Manager with a valid qualification in health and social care (e.g., NVQ Level 5, RMA, or equivalent).
* Proven experience in a managerial role within the care sector, preferably in a residential care home.
* Excellent knowledge of relevant legislation, including CQC regulations and safeguarding procedures.
* Strong leadership abilities with the ability to inspire, motivate, and support staff members.
* Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with residents, families, and external stakeholders.
* Ability to manage resources efficiently and effectively, including budgets and staffing levels.
* Empathy, compassion, and a genuine passion for providing high-quality care to vulnerable individuals.
* Flexibility to work on a rotational shift pattern, including weekends and bank holidays when required.
