What You'll Be Doing:
? Supporting Students - Work closely with young people who need additional guidance to build confidence and achieve their potential.? Implementing EHCPs & Behaviour Strategies - Help tailor learning and support plans to meet individual needs.? Creating a Positive Learning Environment - Encourage independence, inclusivity, and engagement in the classroom.?
