About the Company - We are looking for a passionate Store Supervisor to help continue driving Skinnydip forward The role will be based in our Camden Store and the ideal candidate will have at least 1 year experience in a similar retail/customer service management position. About the Role - Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Managing the store efficiently and commercially Scheduling and payroll Arranging cover for all absences both planned and unexpected Performance management of the team both in store and online customer service Communicating any information fed through from head office to the whole team in a clear and professional manor Stock control Maintaining immaculate visual standards Going above and beyond for customers to improve customer experience with Skinnydip to encourage repeat visitors Delivering exceptional customer service Processing deliveries and managing stock rotation Keeping up-to-date with Skinnydip products and services Processing payments on the till and dealing with customer refunds and exchanges Keeping up to date with new product areas and promotions Online Customer Service Support - Communicating with customers across different platforms including email, live chat. Assisting with sales, refunds and logistic issues. Ensuring your team are hitting their targets. As a Store Supervisor, you are expected to be: Passionate about the brand Warm, friendly and engaging Keen to learn and willing to take on new challenges Commercially focused with previous Visual Merchandising experience Able to inspire, motivate and lead a team Committed to high quality customer service Capable of making fast paced decisions A strong communicator, organised and resourceful Confidence in navigating multiple I.T systems Available to work flexible shifts when necessary (weekends included) Pay range and compensation package - This position is a 37.5 hour role based in our Camden store location.
