A family run business, established in the 40s, who have grown and adapted with the changing real estate landscape is looking to add a HR, Finance and Office Assistant to their team.
This Operational Living operator with their distinctive approach of striving to make their customers genuinely love their experience is looking for a proactive and positive individual to take on a variety of tasks within the business.
Reporting directly into the Finance Director and Board Directors, you will join a team who is methodical, results driven and not afraid to stand out with their results.
You will work closely Finance Director with Board Directors to manage financial and operational needs for both the business and family office, so if you have had family office experience that is ideal!
Key Responsibilities
Finance Assistance - Board Directors
* Manage family expense invoices and service charge/ground rent schedules
* Monitor service charge inquiries and handle payments
* Address urgent payment needs for Directors’ office
* Assist with monthly management report compilation and other ad hoc financial tasks
Office Management
* Oversee office supply inventory and reception duties
* Maintain Health & Safety compliance
* Welcome and manage office visitors, including support for the Directors and CEO
HR Administration
* Maintain and update the HR information system (HRIS)
* Ensure policies are up-to-date and distributed
* Conduct right-to-work checks and manage HR documentation and processes
