Your responsibilities will include Key Responsibilities: Customer Fulfilment: Order taking and logging Packing and invoice generation Shipping and handling bookings Extended warranty support Managing and scheduling delivery servicing team Account Management: Setting up trade accounts Credit control chasing via phone and email Stock Control: Demo stock management Supporting shipping processes Dealing with customs, carriers, and VAT deferment Stock counting Customer Sales: Handling technical calls and referrals to technicians Confirming RMAs and refunds Media services support, including Facebook and Mailchimp management Office Facilities: Management of office facilities and services Skills and Experience Required: Good telephone manner Willingness to speak to customers Attention to detail with the ability to work quickly and accurately IT Skills: Proficient in Excel and MS Office packages Ability to use Mailchimp Understanding of social media packages and ability to respond to messages Ability to utilize photo images and create flyers
