The Customer Access Adviser has a key role in ensuring that customers receive the assistance and support they need. Responsibilities include:
1. Providing high-quality customer service to all clients.
2. Assessing customer needs and directing them to appropriate services.
3. Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions.
Minimum Requirements:
* Experience in customer service or a related field.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
