We specialise in battery storage systems, solar PV installations, and high-voltage infrastructure, driving the clean energy transition. As part of our growing team, we are looking for a dedicated Project Manager to lead our ambitious projects from inception to completion. The Role As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire lifecycle of battery storage and solar PV projects, ensuring successful delivery on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. You will also play a key role in managing high-voltage infrastructure projects, including substations and grid connections. What You'll Be Doing Project Planning & Management: Develop and implement detailed project plans, including scope, schedule, and budgets. Delivery of Battery Storage and Solar PV Projects: Oversee the design, construction, and commissioning of sites, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations. High Voltage Market Expertise: Manage HV infrastructure projects, working closely with Distribution Network Operators (DNOs) and key stakeholders. Risk and Compliance: Identify and mitigate project risks while ensuring adherence to health, safety, and environmental standards. Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, suppliers, and subcontractors, fostering strong relationships. Reporting & Communication: Provide regular updates to senior management and clients, maintaining accurate project documentation. What We’re Looking For Proven experience in managing and delivering battery storage and solar PV projects. Extensive knowledge of high-voltage infrastructure, including grid connections and substations. Strong understanding of renewable energy systems and electrical infrastructure. Excellent project management skills, including planning, budgeting, and resource allocation. Experience working with DNOs and understanding of grid compliance requirements. Strong stakeholder management and communication skills. A proactive problem-solver with great attention to detail. Qualifications & Certifications Degree in Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy, or a related field (preferred). Professional project management certifications (e.g., PRINCE2, PMP) are highly desirable. Health & Safety certifications (e.g., SMSTS, NEBOSH) are a plus.
