The post-holder will join our teaching administration team and provide administrative support across undergraduate and postgraduate programmes in the Departments of Economics, Finance and Management, working closely with other administrators and academic colleagues. The post-holder will also provide an efficient and welcoming front-of-house reception to staff, students and visitors.
The post-holder reports to the Teaching Coordinator. You will be expected to be supportive of change and to adopt a flexible and cooperative approach to improvements to operations and the provision of administrative support in the School.
You will work across all Business School departments and may be based at Castlecliffe or in the Gateway Building until the School’s relocation to the New College building on South Street.
This is a full time post, fixed term until 24 February 2026 to provide a period of cover whilst the substantive post holder is on secondment.
