VP, Global HR Operations Position Overview: Evotec is seeking a self-starting, dynamic and experienced professional to join our team as the VP, Global HR Operations reporting to the Chief People Officer (CPO). In this role you will be responsible for driving transformation to centralise HR service s in order to deliver a best-in-class HR experience in service of the business needs. The ideal candidate would have already been part of a similar transformation and so could utilise their skillset and showcase best practice experience and methodology. Within Evotec t here is a strong focus on HR transformation globally, building out the Global HR Operations function, ensuring the right people, processes and technology are in place to support the strategic growth agenda is critical to dramatically change the way the HR function operates to become more st rategically focused with clear metrics and data available to support business decisions. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience working with internal tech teams as part of their HR Operations remit. Key Responsibilities: Strategic Leadership Proactively d iagnose and identify future people-related business needs and translate into an actionable HR Operations strategy, aligned with the Business and People strategies Partner with HR and Business to prioritize transformation initiatives that enhance service delivery and employee experience Lead the integration of advance HR technologies, including AI, to modernize HR processes HRIS Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT to assess HR technology needs, identify gaps, and propose scalable and integrated solutions for development and implementation of innovative HRIS solutions that align with Evotec's strategic objectives Drive a digital first approach that will enhance end user experience, reduce manual effort and streamline process delivery to remove inefficiency and duplication of effort People Data & Analytics - End-to-end MI and Data Insights service for the employee lifecycle through the extraction, interrogation, and presentation of data from multiple HR Systems and other data sources HR Operations and services Partner with HR Centres of Excellence and Business Partners to manage core HR processes and programs in support of business goals. Leverage HR service teams to enable execution of day-to-day human resource functions and maximize the effectiveness of HR delivery. Maintain broad influence through ongoing development of internal/ external relationships across the organization M anage all HR services globally while proactively identifying, measuring and optimizing critical HR Services processes to drive higher levels of manager and employee satisfaction and reduce cost/time per transaction as well as ensuring efficiencies and accuracy of data Drive a culture change, creating a continuous improvement mindset by continuously delivering initiatives across HR to drive efficiencies, and simplify delivery Enhance the efficiency, accuracy, and reliability of payroll processing through effective collaboration with the outsourced payroll provider (s), for a streamlined process HR Compliance Partner with internal and external stakeholders to drive compliance objectives across HR inclusive of control establishment, gap assessment, remediation efforts and audit readiness in relation to Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX), relevant ISO accreditations and appliable regulatory requirements. Advise HR leadership on related risk, balancing legal requirements with business requirements Team Leadership Provide leadership and guidance to the HRIS and HR Shared Services teams, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, collaboration, and excellence. Build and lead a high-performing, collaborative and inclusive team of HRIS and shared services professionals, promoting innovation, accountability and professional growth. Qualifications: Significant experience in Human Resources in a Business Partner/ Generalist capacity providing direct support to front-line business leaders Demonstrated ability to effectively partner with senior business leaders to drive strategic business decisions while balancing the need for tactical execution of HR processes and workflows Strong leadership capabilities with proven ability to foster an environment of positive employee engagement and trust Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field Proven track record of successfully leading HRIS optimization and HR Services transformations in complex organizations. Strong knowledge of HR technology landscape, including HRIS platforms, payroll systems, time and attendance solutions, and related tools. Exceptional project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives concurrently and deliver results within established timelines. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders at all levels of the organization. Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data to drive decisions and measure outcomes. Demonstrated strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on driving business outcomes through HR technology and services.
