We are looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to join the digital and ecommerce teams. You will play a key role in an integrated and driven .com team, taking ownership for how we plan and execute performance marketing campaigns that instil a digital first mindset both Globally and Locally. You will be responsible for implementing effective channel strategies and frameworks whilst supporting local teams to execute and optimise a mix of new and sometimes specific initiatives.
LOCATION
This role will be based in our London (Soho) office, and we offer a hybrid working pattern of 3 days in the office and 2 days WFH.
JOB ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
* Work with the Global Digital Marketing Manager to create global digital performance strategies aimed at increasing quality traffic, driving KPIs, and enhancing efficiency across paid search, paid social, affiliates, and SEO.
* Working with the data & analytics team to provide robust channel analysis based on key metrics, whilst identifying opportunities to share insights across local markets.
* Develop best practice guides for Performance Marketing campaigns; ensuring alignment across other channels, departments and within local markets.
* Manage global affiliate partner(s) to streamline processes and negotiate cost savings for local placements.
* Work with global and local brand & .com teams to implement SEO best practices across relevant digital channels (website, social, video, etc.).
* Collaborate with Global teams to deliver digital assets to support always-on and new campaigns.
* Utilise new digital initiatives to connect with customers, particularly GenZ whilst enhancing brand experience.
* Feed management to optimise products and catalogues across third party marketing platforms to ensure continual improvement to how this managed.
REQUIREMENTS
* 3 - 5 years digital marketing experience in a retail and ecommerce environment.
* Strong understanding and experience of digital media planning, buying process and best practice.
* Experience in performance marketing.
* Experience with reporting and analysing KPIs across digital channels.
* Experience in driving growth in SEO, implementing onsite and offsite strategies and best practice.
* Strong communication skills and ability to build relationships across other business departments (local markets, brand, .com).
* Experience with third party platforms i.e. Google, Meta & Tiktok Business Manager.
* Highly proactive with ability and skillset to drive channel improvements.
* Good technical understanding of tracking tags and product feed management.
* Strong hands-on experience working with Affiliate networks (AWIN preferably), publishers and third-party partners as well as optimising Affiliate programmes.
* Excellent analytical skills, with a forensic understanding of account performance, and high proficiency in Excel.
* Educated to degree-level, ideally in Business or Marketing.
* Experience working with or for brands within the premium beauty industry.
