Job Overview
We have an exciting opportunity to join an iconic challenger brand in a pivotal, high-visibility marketing role.
As Senior Brand Manager for Tango, you will play a critical role in delivering our Mission 2025 ambition for the Carbonates portfolio and the broader GB Marketing & Innovation agenda.
Responsible for the Tango brand, you will lead the brand and cross-functional team to deliver the in-year brand plan and framework for future growth, accelerating growth for Tango and Britvic. This is a fantastic role for an ambitious, growth-focused individual, working on one of Britvic's biggest own brands.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the development and execution of Tango's brand strategy, marketing programs, and commercial plans to drive sustainable brand-led growth.
Act as the guardian of the brand positioning and identity, ensuring alignment across all touchpoints.
Manage the brand's financial performance, including P&L, budget control, and maximizing ROI.
Lead cross-functional teams and inspire external agencies to deliver exceptional work.
Provide leadership, coaching, and development for your direct report and create a positive team environment.
Requirements
Experience in a branded environment, preferably FMCG, working on significant or challenger brands.
Proven track record of driving brand-led strategies, resulting in brand equity growth and profitability.
Experience in strategic brand and business planning, consumer and shopper insight-led strategy implementation.
Experience in creating successful marketing campaigns across various channels, including Above the Line and Below the Line.
Strong cross-functional leadership capability, both internally and with third-party strategic partners.
Direct team management experience with the ability to inspire, grow, and develop people.
