What you'll do
* Collect and interpret safety, health, environment, and quality data for reporting purposes and to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement corrective and preventive actions based on data analysis and audit findings.
* Assist in the development and maintenance of safety, health, environment, and quality management.
* Monitor and report on key performance indicators related to safety, health, and environment.
* Assist in the development and implementation of policies, procedures, and guidelines to ensure compliance with applicable standards and regulations.
* Ensure all aspects of the current process for Turnbull training administration are captured and collected, to influence decision making for a new training administration process.
* Populate the Learning Management System with full existing training records for Turnbull team members, whilst ensuring any new training is also captured.
* Review and manage the training administration process, instigating improvements where required and monitoring trends.
What you'll need
* Excellent attention to detail.
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
* Proficiency in data analysis tools and software, such as Excel, or statistical analysis.
* Ability to work under pressure, manage tight and often conflicting deadlines.
* Proficient in all Microsoft packages – Outlook, Word, Excel, Visio and PowerPoint.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively present data and insights to stakeholders.
* Ability to deal with large data sets and provide analysis for reporting.
