Are you ready to make a difference in talent acquisition? We're looking for a Senior Recruitment Administrator to join our dynamic team and help shape the future of our International Business Service Center.
What You’ll Do: As a key player in our recruitment process, you’ll work closely with our recruitment team, hiring managers, and candidates to ensure a seamless and efficient journey for everyone involved. Your exceptional organisational and communication skills will be essential in this fast-paced role, where every day brings a new challenge and a chance to support our growth.

Responsibilities
* Processing all recruitment transactional activities (contract queries and creation, workday and queries) through the relevant workflow tool.
* Ensuring compliance with appropriate processes and controls – driving efficiency and corrective action as required.
* Interview Coordination: Arrange and manage interview schedules, ensuring all stakeholders are informed of interview details.
* Provide candidates with necessary information and logistics for their interviews.
* Track the progress of candidates throughout the recruitment process and ensure data integrity.
* Candidate Communication: Serve as a point of contact for candidates, providing timely updates and feedback on their application status.
* Maintain and update the applicant tracking system with accurate and up-to-date candidate information.
* Onboarding Support: Collaborate with the recruitment team & hiring managers to facilitate the onboarding process for new hires.
* Raise offers letters for candidates & contracts.
* Ensure all necessary documentation and forms are completed by new employees.
* Taking ownership for and handling non-standard recruitment requests or issues; escalate if appropriate.
* Accurately working within agreed SLA’s on a right first time basis.
* To work with high levels of integrity and confidentiality.
* Ensuring appropriate records are kept and enabling accurate reporting.
* Reference checking.
Qualifications
* Previous experience as a recruitment coordinator.
* Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) workday SAP HR.
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Detail-oriented and capable of maintaining accurate records.
* Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.

Salary £12,910 - £13,500 - depending on skills & experience

Hours part time 18 per week over 5 days
