4. Ensure compliance with post-Brexit German VAT obligations and interstate accounting requirements.
5. Supervise payroll processes, pensions, and payroll-related benefits for the UK team.

7. Extract, manipulate, and analyse data using Crystal Reports and Sage 200 for financial and stock management.
8. Support profitability analysis, budgeting, and provide financial insights to guide strategic decisions.
9. Oversee an internal accounts team and an internal sales team, delegating tasks and ensuring cross-coverage.
10. Drive process improvements, leveraging advanced Excel and BI tools to enhance efficiency and reporting.
11. Manage company insurance policies, legal compliance, and corporate governance requirements.
12. Collaborate with cross-border teams, occasionally travelling to the US and Germany to strengthen relationships.

3. Advanced proficiency in Excel, Sage 200 (or similar systems such as Xero), and Crystal Reports.
4. Familiarity with multi-currency operations, intercompany transactions, and financial reporting for parent companies.
5. Experience in audit, corporate governance, and compliance (VAT, tax, payroll regulations).
6. Strong technical and reporting skills, including proficiency in BI tools for data analysis and presentation.
7. Proven ability to manage varied responsibilities, address challenges independently, and drive process improvements.
8. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and team management skills, with a collaborative and proactive approach.
9. Holds a valid passport for occasional overseas business travel (primarily to the US and Germany).
