Main duties of the job

Person specification
Qualifications
* Educated to degree level
Experience
* Clinical Audit experience (practical)
* Managing multiple projects
* Delivering training in a variety of formats
* Practical knowledge and experience of using Qi methodologies
* Previous experience in working with healthcare data
* Teaching/training clinical audit and devising training materials
Skills
* Strong communication skills and reporting skills in a variety of formats
* Data analysis skills and experience
* Ability to input and analyse data with a high degree of accuracy
* Familiarity with SNAP software or other relevant systems
* Ability to learn new systems
Knowledge
* Excel to intermediate level covering formulas and formatting
* In-depth knowledge of Microsoft products
Personal attributes
* Self-motivated to manage and progress projects
* Able to manage time, deadlines, priorities, and resources
* Open to coaching and employing a coaching approach with teams
