As a Service Supervisor, you’ll play a key role in overseeing operations, managing engineers, and ensuring our high standards of safety and service are met. What You’ll Be Doing: Supervising & Organising – Lead and coordinate your engineering team’s daily activities, ensuring all work is completed safely and efficiently. Planning & Execution – Oversee maintenance, callouts, and repairs, ensuring seamless service delivery. Technical & Compliance Oversight – Conduct technical surveys, risk assessments, and safety training while maintaining compliance with all industry regulations. Client & Supplier Relations – Build strong relationships with clients, consultants, suppliers, and subcontractors to ensure smooth operations. Incident Investigation & Reporting – Handle any accidents or incidents, ensuring proper documentation and resolution. Audits & Performance Monitoring – Conduct regular site and engineer audits to maintain quality and efficiency. Service Documentation & Administration – Process reports, correspondence, and updates using the company’s network system. What We’re Looking For: ✅ Expertise in Lift Maintenance – Strong technical knowledge, safety awareness, and industry experience. ✅ Leadership & Communication Skills – Ability to motivate engineers, liaise with clients, and coordinate with project managers. ✅ Detail-Oriented & Organised – Ensures accurate documentation, safety compliance, and efficient scheduling. ✅ Full UK Driving Licence – A valid licence is required for the role. ✅ DBS Check – Will be required as part of the hiring process.
