As one of our Regional Recruiters, you'll be the first point of contact for candidates interested in working with us as Professional Carers. You'll be responsible for ensuring that the experience for our candidates is first class and that they meet the requirements of the role.
You'll be responsible for:
1. Engagement of inbound applicants:
2. Ensuring that candidates are communicated with swiftly, meeting our goal of first contact within 30 minutes of application.
3. Communicating Cera's proposition to prospective candidates in an accurate and positive light.
4. Collecting any required information from the candidate to support the recruitment process.
5. Ensuring each candidate has the necessary information and knowledge to make an informed choice on joining Cera Care.
6. Objectively assessing candidate suitability to work for Cera and making conditional job offers to selected candidates.
7. Generating referrals from candidates.
8. Following up on successful candidates, ensuring right to work checks are complete and a smooth handover to the compliance team.
9. Escalating issues and blockages to the Regional Team Manager in a timely fashion.
10. Liaising with branches to clarify specific needs.
Engagement with other potential candidates:
1. Reviewing Talent Bank candidates to identify potential candidates.
2. Using and maximizing direct sourcing channels when there is a requirement to generate more candidates.
Systems and documentation:
1. Management of the recruiter dashboard by ensuring all recruitment activity is updated in real time.
2. Using the ATS to record and time stamp all communication with candidates and ensuring they are moved to the relevant status in real time.
