As a Partner and Head of Commercial Property, you’ll be a key part of delivering growth through your leadership of our small, high quality experienced team. You will be the person who has the vision to lead and develop our Commercial Property offering. We believe that having someone who is passionate with a strong work ethic, proven leadership skills and strong commercial acumen is key to continuing the growth of the department. Key Responsibilities: Direct and control the work and resources of the department, investing time to ensure junior members of the team can progress and develop their skillsets. Prepare an annual business plan for the department and monitor progress against these plans to ensure that the department attains its objectives as cost-effectively and efficiently as possible. Establish and maintain effective external relationships and formal and informal links with clients, referrers and other stakeholders. To exchange information and views and to ensure that the department is providing the appropriate range and quality of commercial property services. Enhance the reputation of the firm. To lead, inspire, enthuse and empower the team to deliver the firm’s mission, vision and values. Person Specification: High performing with the ability to lead and motivate the team, earning their respect and confidence. Wealth of commercial property knowledge; ideally with a specialism in agricultural work. Resourceful and tenacious with determination to press forward and deliver the strategic goals. Skilled networker with the ability to build strong professional relationships across a wide range of referrers. Emotionally intelligent to inspire, value and elevate our people and services. Open-minded, positive, unprejudiced attitude to all individuals and organisations. Impeccable communication resulting in excellent working relationships across all levels of the organisation.
