EA to CEO – 8 month FTC

One of our favourite clients, who are forerunners in the climate space, is seeking an EA to join them, supporting their Chief Executive.
This is an 8 maternity cover to start ASAP and the role is fully remote with very occasional travel to their London offices. The team is ambitious, passion driven and social team – the successful EA will be much relied on.
Our client has a brilliant network of EAs to support you and help you settle into the firm quickly. Crucial to the role is a hyper-organised, efficient, and natural decision-making EA who is resourceful, innovative, and proactive!
A snapshot of your day to day:
* Manage, follow up, action, and respond to the Chief Executive's inbox
* Complex and international diary management (anticipate and respond to issues before and as they arise)
* Proactively engaging with stakeholders and team members
* Prepare the Chief Executive for meetings – collate materials, researching profiles of attendees etc.
* Attend meetings with the Chief Executive, circulate notes and follow up on actions
* Arrange travel, accommodation, and other logistics
* General administrative duties
* Support planning of company-wide and team offsites
* Event planning and communication
* Office management – work with Operations team on building management liaison; supply management etc.
What our client is looking for:
* Natural decision-maker, with an ability to think under pressure and display good judgement
* Ability to predict and plan the needs of the Chief Executive, whilst also communicating effectively and efficiently
* Hyper-organised – a great time manager, who scours their own work patterns for any inefficiencies while managing the Chief Executive’s diary with consummate skill. High level of discipline to ensure the Chief Executive is kept up to date and always informed.
* Love technology and innovation – comfortable with diary planners and project management tools and Microsoft Office software. Actively seeks new ways of working that maximise efficiency and effectiveness.
