This is a static role, following a continental shift pattern, days and night shiftAs a Data Centre Engineer, you will carry out PPM and reactive maintenance, troubleshoot and actively fault find, ensure all critical systems are running efficiently, liaise with subcontractors, and ensure you are representing the company in a positive manner.To be successful in the Data Centre Engineer role, you must be fully qualified in Electrical installations / engineering (City and Guilds or equivelnt), at least 3 years experience in commercial maintenance, live within commutable distance and to work well as part of a team and individually. Single and Three Phase Power, Motors, Generators (on/off load tests), UPS, LV/HV switching, Shutdowns, Switchgear, Motors, Emergency Lighting, Fire Alarm Test, AHUs, FCUs, VAVs, CRAC units, Sprinkler Systems, Pumps, Belts, Bearings, Seals, BMS Operation
Carry out isolation of plant and systems in accordance with safety requirements.
Ensure corrective/repair works are carried out in accordance with regulations.
