Role Overview
The EHS Advisor will support the Runnings Road site in Cheltenham, with maintaining legal compliance and certification through continuously improving EHS performance and giving advice to colleagues across the site.
Your Objectives And Responsibilities Will Focus On…
* Advising and assisting managers and colleagues in the operation of the company EHS management systems in accordance with ISO45001, ISO14001 and ISO50001 to achieve objectives
* Assisting the EHS team with the completion of Group EHS Excellence Framework
* Supporting and approving in the risk assessment process
* Conducting routine EHS audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement & agreeing actions and timelines for improvement
* Analysing and reporting on trends and KPI’s providing constructive solutions and presenting options to senior management
* Liaising and supporting with regulatory and certification bodies for third-party inspections/audits
Your Previous Experience Is Likely To Include…
* Manufacturing experience within an EHS role
* ISO14001, ISO50001 and ISO45001 understanding
* Conducting and leading on Risk Assessments and accident investigations
* Delivering practical and thought through solutions
