JOB PURPOSE
The principle function is to provide education, training and technical support across the wide range of company brands in line with supporting developers,contractors and key accounts. Contributing towards the Sales growth of our products across our customer base.
PRIMARY JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
POSITION RESPONSBILITIES
1. Carry out product site trials with the aim of securing new business & Audit existing sites to verify rebate claims.
2. Providing Project site support and Knowledge across all ranges in order to maintain and grow sales across the RWC brands.
3. Visit and maintain regular contact with RWC specified sites on a 6-8 week rota where required.
4. Assist the quality dept and sales regions by investigating Technical complaints linked to our product portfolio
5. Assist and support installers to ensure technical guidelines and best practices are being followed during installation of our products.
6. To assist in the divisions strategy of creating demand for RWC product brands, by identifying new sites/developments.
7. To attend exhibitions when required/seminars and trade counter mornings, supporting our independent and national retail accounts ie- Screwfix/Toolstation
8. To maintain an up to date SFDC system, logging customer activity/customer accounts and managing cases through our customer record system.
9. To attend technical and sales meetings
10. To be at all times be well presented and conduct oneself in a professional manner
11. Achievement of objectives agreed with line manager on a quarterley basis
12. To Nurture and develop a pipeline of business through effective project management across the RWC brands.
13. To obtain and identify new business opportunities where possible through interaction with new installers and new sites
14. To support our Marketing Team with projects such as creating Product specific case studies by providing pictures and narrative that show case installations of our products
15. To provide training across the business on our full product range offering- John Guest Speedfit, Reliance valves and Underfloor heating systems.
16. To support the New product development team with the launch of new products, providing innovative new product ideas that could further enhance our product range
17. To ensure you maintain regular contact across the Plumbing & Heating sales team with regards to new demand targets and site support ,assisting our Area Sales manager/Specification teams with what support they require.
18. Carry out Tool box Talks and training sessions within College’s

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS/EDUCATION
25. NVQ Level 3 in Plumbing and heating
26. Domestic and commercial experience desired
