Regional Coordinator is to support it is 240 members in the South Wales, West and South West regions. If you have membership organisation experience ideally in regional support, regional coordination, branch liaison, member support, member admin, member events admin, brand network administration or similar who has worked for ideally a trade association, professional body, membership body, charity, not for profit organisation we would love to hear from you. The Role Working as part of a team of Regional Coordinators, provide first line support to Members regarding their membership. Support the Regional Managers at local & national activities and events. Education/Qualifications/Experience required: Experience working for trade association, professional body, membership body, charity, not for profit organisation would be advantageous Experience of working in a customer-focused environment, able to drive and deliver a high standard of customer service Excellent administrative, organisational and time management skills Accomplished communicator - written, face to face and on the phone Previous experience of event management Ability to work efficiently on a variety of digital platforms (including Salesforce, Cvent, Pardot) and learn new software packages quickly Proficient with MS Office suite of products especially PowerPoint and Excel, including working with formulas. Conversant with social media platforms both for communication and monitoring. Ability to maintain a professional and personable attitude when communicating with colleagues, members and other stakeholders.
