Location: 83-4 Haswell House, St Nicholas Street, Worcester WR1 1UW
Hybrid, 3 days in the office.

We are seeking a candidate who is ready to proactively engage by knocking down doors, picking up the phone and adept at bringing in new clients to drive business growth.
We are craving someone who is confident and can evidence their ability or drive to build worthwhile relationships. This Temps desk is a great opportunity to make of it what you want. Predominantly an industrial Temps desk, there is growth to be made on the commercial side. It’s a warm desk and we need someone who has the ability to drive new business, who wants to avoid stagnation in their career and bring their hardworking and passionate efforts to their desk and the team.
As a key player in the Worcester team, you’ll oversee the comprehensive recruitment processes. Above all, we seek an individual capable of engaging with clients, utilise the tools and mould with the existing team!
Team
Our small but dedicated team, with a combined 19 year tenure at Adecco, is comprised of Branch Manager, Laura, Perms Consultant Gemma and business support, Carla!
All are a bubbly lot, looking for someone equally energetic and confident, who have their personality that shines just as bright. This branch welcome passion and enthusiasm alongside talent and skill!
What you'll be doing
You will be responsible for building and developing your own clients on a Temps desk, within the industrial sector and bringing candidates to market on behalf of your new client base.
Responsibilities
* Breaking down doors and securing new client wins
* Identify sales leads for the team, achieve targets through consistent business development activity
* Gain trust and consistency from clients through regular sales calls and networking
* Identify suitable candidates through screening in accordance with the client’s requirements and agreed service levels
* Carry out sales presentations at client meetings and be ready to bid to win a client
* Filling all temporary roles
About you
We are ideally looking for someone who has exposure in recruitment, and has experience in recruitment or winning new business. Even if you’ve got experience negotiating and working towards sales targets, we want to hear from you!
This is a warm temps desk, but we are eager to welcome an individual who is raring to bring on new clients, give a full gold star package to our clients and candidates alike and provide the best customer service experience from the outset and throughout.
