About the Role
As Account Manager, you'll be the ambassador for one of the UK's most prestigious travel brands, fostering strong relationships with travel agents while driving strategic growth. This field-based position offers an attractive hybrid working arrangement, blending home working with periodic visits to their contemporary head office.
Key Responsibilities
You will take ownership of:
* Strategic development of travel agency partnerships to maximise revenue and market presence
* Regular face-to-face engagement with travel agents (3-4 days per week)
* Organisation and delivery of engaging training sessions, roadshows, and familiarisation trips
* Sales data analysis to identify growth opportunities and market trends
* Market intelligence gathering and competitor insights to inform company strategy
* Collaboration with internal teams to enhance product offerings and service delivery
* Business development initiatives across your designated territory
