Due to expansion, they are recruiting for a Commercial Dishwasher Engineering Manager. You will be:
1. Covering the London and Home Counties area
2. Looking after 30 or so engineers and their area supervisors
3. Working with clients, such as supermarkets, pubs, clubs, restaurants, and company head offices, as well as some retail clients
4. Being out on the road for 2-3 days per week visiting engineers and clients on your patch
5. Helping out on the tools when needed to rectify a problem your engineer can't
6. Assisting with recruitment, staff reviews, customer issues, and liaising with the office-based team as time goes on
Salary and Benefits of an Area Manager:
* £50-55k basic + a performance bonus based around your skills

Skills needed to be an Area Manager:
* Ideally living anywhere around the London / Home Counties area
* You need to have experience working in the commercial dishwasher industry as an engineer
* Having managerial experience would be beneficial, but they would also look at a senior dishwasher engineer who wants to make the jump to management
* You need to be fully computer literate and have great people skills
