Job Title: Junior Admin Assistant Location: Burgess Hill Salary: £21,000 - £26,000 depending on experience Work Hours: Monday to Friday, flexible working hours Job Type: Permanent HRGO are seeking a Junior Admin Assistant to join our clients busy office in the plumbing and heating industry. The ideal candidate will ensure efficient day to day operations of the office and support the work of the Office Manager and Engineers. Responsibilities: Answer, screen and transfer general phone enquiries using a professional and courteous manner Compose and answer email enquiries To prepare written responses to routine enquiries Diary management of our computerised system Register boilers. To assist other members of office staff with ad hoc and standard monthly letters Ordering parts using our suppliers To carry out filing To operate the franking machine and be responsible for outgoing post To process card payments using our PDQ machine To confidently liaise with engineers and suppliers.
