Key Responsibilities
1. Processing vehicle orders, ensuring all documentation is accurate and completed on time
2. Liaising with sales teams, manufacturers, and finance companies to ensure smooth transactions
3. Handling vehicle registrations, invoicing, and stock control
4. Coordinating vehicle movements and ensuring timely delivery to customers
5. Maintaining compliance with company policies and industry regulation
6. Supporting the sales team with administrative tasks to enhance efficiency
About You
1. Previous experience in sales administration, preferably within the automotive industry
2. Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and dealership management systems (experience with Kerridge/CDK is a plus)
4. Strong communication skills and a proactive attitude
