Job Brief
You will be working as part of our Software Operations Team, actively engaging in skilled technical support relating to our market-leading property management solution (RiskWise). Communication skills will be paramount, since your role will see you speaking directly with clients, both internal and external, to identify, analyse, and solve problems to facilitate a more holistic relationship with the software we provide. Your role will also involve supporting our wider Software Development Team, co-ordinating and completing tasks alongside the wider team - providing you with the opportunity to embark upon a rewarding and varied career within an ambitious, Agile Development Team supported by a highly successful and growing business with a stellar reputation for quality of service.
This role is offered on a full-time basis (i.e. 5 days per week) and will be based out of our Elsworth office, where we actively embrace and support hybrid working.
Key Responsibilities
1. Technical client support, using our Zendesk support suite and Atlassian’s JIRA Issue Tracking software.
2. Facilitating, liaising with, and completing technical tasks alongside the Software Operations Team.
3. Client data maintenance and administration.
Requirements
1. Excellent communication skills.
2. A customer-focused attitude.
3. A desire to learn, with a strong, positive work ethic.
4. Experience with general computer software including Microsoft Office.
5. Helpdesk experience.
