Salary: £33,820 - £34,723
The advertised salary includes a supplement (JWC) to the base grade of the post. JWC supplements are conditional on the physical demands and/or working conditions of the role.

We have an exciting opportunity for a passionate, enthusiastic Occupational Therapy Practitioner, or newly qualified Occupational Therapist to join our dedicated and driven team during an interesting and ambitious programme of change within Adults Social Care.
As part of this role, you will:
1. Work in a team to undertake strengths-based assessments and deliver appropriate person-centred support and outcomes for people in Cumbria with care and support needs.
2. Work in ways that promote independence, recognise potential for change and enable people to maximise their strengths.
3. Actively promote the work of Westmorland and Furness Council on the development and delivery of continuously improving modern and competitive services for the people of Cumbria.

DBS
This role is exempt from the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act (ROA) 1974 and requires an enhanced DBS check with an Adults Barred List check.
