About the Role
We are seeking a Programme Support Specialist to join our team, supporting the delivery of programmes for young people. As a key member of our school programmes team, you will be responsible for project delivery, including recruitment of settings, evaluation administration, marketing, book ordering, event and training setup.
Key Responsibilities
* Support project delivery, working closely with the programme team
* Recruit and engage with schools and alternative provision settings
* Administer evaluations and provide feedback to stakeholders
* Develop and implement effective marketing strategies
* Source and manage resources, including books and equipment
* Assist with event and training setup, both digital and in-person
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need experience of administration and team support, as well as use of contact databases and website content management systems. Excellent written and spoken communication skills, organisational skills and attention to detail are essential.
