Salary: up to £25,000 pro-rata per annum, based upon experience and location.
Location: RIBA North office, Liverpool.
Hours: 21 hours per week, part-time, permanent Monday to Wednesday.
About the Role:
RIBA North is a national architecture centre on the Liverpool waterfront. We are seeking a Facilities Coordinator to join our team in RIBA North on a part-time basis to deliver critical Facilities services and provide support to various functions within the architectural centre, office, and galleries.
As Facilities Coordinator, you will be the main point of contact for office colleagues. This includes overseeing maintenance and health & safety facilities compliance tasks, as well as ensuring the safety and security of collections, staff, and tenants. The role will place special emphasis on building infrastructure, contractor relationships, and the supervision of maintenance systems projects, including practical support for exhibition installations.
What are we looking for?
* Knowledge and experience of facilities and health & safety tasks.
* Experience of writing risk assessments and understanding of mitigating risks.
* IT experience, helpdesk, security, and facilities systems.
* Team player and self-motivated. Able to build positive and productive relationships with contractors and support colleagues and tenants with office-based activity. Key holder experience.
* Experience of exhibition installation.
The successful candidate will be required to obtain security clearance to work at RIBA North.
