Job Description
1. Manage HR documentation and records
2. Assist with recruitment process, including coordination of interviews and feedback
3. Provide HR administrative support to HR Manager and team
4. Handle confidential information with discretion
5. Assist with payroll administration
6. Respond to HR-related queries
7. Contribute to HR projects as required
8. Ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures
The Successful Applicant
A successful HR Administrator should have:
1. A degree or relevant qualification in Human Resources is desirable
2. Proven experience in an HR administrative role
3. Proficiency in HR systems and databases
4. Excellent communication and organisational skills
5. Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
6. An understanding of HR best practices and current regulations
