We’re looking for a Marketing Executive colleague who can provide social media and campaign management support to the Senior Campaign Manager and Social Media Manager. Your Tasks Reporting into a Senior Campaign Manager and supporting the Social Media Manager this role would be responsible for supporting the Campaign Team and Social Media Team on the planning and delivery of marketing campaigns across a number of channels including TV, OOH and digital channels including Organic and Paid Social. Support Campaign Managers with collecting inputs for campaign briefs, supporting though the creative development process for multi-media campaigns. Support the Social Media Manager to help deliver the Organic Social approach, being responsible for the posting of approved content to People’s Postcode Lottery social media channels. Interface with cross-functional teams across People’s Postcode Lottery, as well as external agency partners for the delivery of campaigns. Ensuring the campaign process is followed and that projects run on time and that all assets have correct approvals. Undertake administrative tasks such as raising POs, updating the Budget Trackers, producing Contact Reports and Action Point notes for key meetings. Your qualities: Strong knowledge of social media channels Excellent communication skills Ability to multitask and be proactive A team player Strong attention to detail Desired but not required knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Capcut, Premiere Rush, Hootsuite and Meta Business Suite.
