Are you passionate about driving excellence in compliance and assurance? We're looking for an Assurance & Compliance Officer to join our team and play a vital role in maintaining and developing our Business Management System and compliance frameworks.
In this key role, you'll act as the first point of contact between operational teams and Customer Assurance, ensuring we meet critical standards such as ISO9001, ISO27001, ISO14001, ISO22301, PCI-DSS, Cyber Essentials Plus, Data Protection, and Health & Safety. Your work will directly support our ability to retain and secure new commercial partnerships by meeting regulatory and customer expectations.
What you'll do:
* Support and develop our Business Management System across multiple compliance frameworks
* Lead on internal coordination of audits, risk management, incident response, and continuous improvement
* Advise and guide teams across the organisation on assurance and compliance best practices
* Maintain effective reporting, trend analysis, and documentation
* Foster a positive culture of compliance through training, communication, and support
What you'll bring:
* Strong working knowledge of ISO standards, Data Protection, PCI-DSS, and Cyber Essentials Plus
* Experience in a customer-focused environment with a proactive, solution-oriented approach
* Excellent communication, organisational and stakeholder management skills
* Ability to analyse and respond to assurance issues with discretion and sound judgement
