A Purchasing Administrator role has arisen to join a Redditch based company. A full-time and office-based administration role, you will be responsible for speaking to suppliers and handling any associated administration.
As the Purchasing Administrator you will be responsible for:
* Raising purchase orders for suppliers
* Compiling PO’s, invoices and dispatch notes
* Checking pricing is correct on quotes and invoices
* Liaising with suppliers and various internal employees
* General administration
Ideally, you will have previous experience of:
* Using Sage 50 or Sage 200 to manage orders
* Prioritising your own workload
* Working in a varied and busy environment
* Excellent customer service with a strong telephone manner
On offer for this Purchasing Administrator role:
* Ideally with a view to start May 2024
* Salary of £24-26k p/a dependent on experience
* Working Monday – Friday 9am – 5pm (some flexibility on start/end times)
You will be office-based for this role; therefore, you will need to be able to commute to the Redditch/Studley area on a daily basis.
