We are recruiting for a fantastic opportunity to join the customer service team of one of our clients supporting their customers with onboarding and any queries via email / telephone.The ideal candidate will have a passion for customer service and have the ability to build rapport.Key responsibilities for a Customer Care Advisor Ensure all customers are contacted within agreed service levels.
