JOB OVERVIEWWe are looking for a friendly and reliable House Assistant to join our Domestic Services team at Kent College, Canterbury. House Assistants at KC are responsible for ensuring our residential properties (including boarding houses) are cleaned to a high standard. This particular position is currently based in an all boys boarding house with the current team comprising a House Manager, and another House Assistant. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. An awareness of Health and Safety and COSHH, and previous experience in a cleaning role, would be an advantage, but is not essential.
