Key Responsibilities
* Drive sales across weddings, non-residential food and beverage, leisure, and corporate events.
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to maximize revenue.
* Identify and pursue new business opportunities to meet and exceed targets.
* Collaborate with the operations team to ensure seamless delivery of events and services.
* Regularly analyse market trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategy.
Requirements
* Previous experience managing sales in weddings, food and beverage, leisure, and corporate events is highly desirable.
* Proven ability to deliver results even under challenging conditions.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
* Flexibility to travel for sales calls and client meetings.
* A valid driving license is essential.
