We're looking for a Learning Delivery Director to work within our world-class team. The Learning Delivery Director leads the delivery of learning and capability projects and programmes for our clients. With fantastic project management skills, you'll ensure that quality programmes are delivered to schedule and budget, while maintaining positive internal and client relationships.
Reporting to a Global Head of Department, you will be responsible for a variety of clients, working with the Inizio XD Client Engagement team to spot and realise opportunities for growth. Your core programme delivery role will see you partnering with a variety of team members across Nazaré and Inizio – from learning capability writers, life science writers, trainers, consultants, digital designers, and more! You will be the daily contact with clients, providing exceptional service, thinking one step ahead, ensuring portfolios of programmes meet client goals and set the Nazaré team up for success.
What you'll be doing...
1. Proactive programme management: Leading a team at a project & above project level (e.g., planning & strategy for Nazaré, programme kick-offs, project status, project debriefs).
2. Project Organisation and Planning: Following company standards across a portfolio of programmes, you'll own daily setup and tracking of projects whilst ensuring the team adheres to the same principles.
3. Commercial and Financial Management: Scoping projects, you'll manage the phasing and scheduling of project delivery, creating client SOWs and presentations, and taking all appropriate actions to deliver on financial KPIs.
4. Client Relationship Management: Building and managing positive relationships with key client stakeholders, partnering with them to identify opportunities for growth.
5. Communication: Outlining project communication plans and managing tools to support, communicating with clarity for both stakeholders and project team members.
6. Leadership and Teamwork: Providing Line Management to more junior Learning Delivery Team members, supporting their growth in role, co-defining development objectives and progression plans.
7. Analysis and Risk Management: Understanding the critical project path to deliver through connecting the deliverables and project stages.
8. Mindset and Adaptability: Leading by example in both Learning Delivery standards and capabilities with a willingness to engage in challenging conversations.
9. Industry Knowledge: Demonstrating curiosity in relevant L&D advancements and using knowledge of client therapeutic areas to lead the team.
What you'll need to have...
* Minimum 7+ years relevant experience as a project or programme manager in a life sciences agency or pharmaceutical training agency.
* Ability to organise yourself and others, and work in a team-oriented environment.
* Excellent understanding of tracking and monitoring project milestones, ensuring profitability and highlighting budget challenges.
* Experience working in a team-oriented environment, taking the lead within multi-disciplined teams.
* Demonstrated client management skills, listening, questioning, and managing challenging situations.
* Capability in strategic thinking and planning, organisation and leadership of self and others.
* Bachelor's degree (or equivalent educational or experience level).
* Comfortable travelling onsite and attending client meetings and conferences.
* Interest in the pharmaceutical industry, and a passion for learning and capability development.
