About the Role:
We are seeking additional roles within our Customer Experience Team due to our company growth. A Customer Experience Representative at IMS focuses on quality interactions, aiming to enhance every experience for our customers. There may be some ad hoc travel involved in the role. The role will focus on delivering a great service to both our internal and external stakeholders. With opportunities to attend industry events and earn commission, we think this is a great opportunity to join IMS.
Key Responsibilities:
* Respond to queries from customers via email and phone.
* Achieve KPIs set around having ecstatic customers.
* Engage with potential new customers or less regular customers.
* Be responsible for your own development path, with support from your team.
* Manage targets to achieve business growth.
* Provide a supportive service to our customers.
About You:
* Previous experience with call-based customer service.
* Experience with Microsoft packages is essential.
* SAP experience would be preferential.
* Pro-active and have a solution-led outlook.
* Driven and focused individual.
