Join us to lead the charge in elevating our influencer presence worldwide Role Accountabilities Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement the global influencer marketing strategy aligned with brand objectives, product launches, and regional market needs, setting clear KPIs and ensuring alignment across regions. Identify and capitalize on emerging trends, platforms, and opportunities in influencer marketing to maintain the brand's competitive edge. Influence a multi-regional team to ensure a consistent, impactful influencer presence worldwide. Oversee the creation and execution of campaign briefs to deliver impactful and cohesive influencer activations. Influencer Partnership Development: Build and nurture relationships with top-tier global influencers, creators, and talent agencies. Oversee the negotiation of global contracts and collaborations to ensure alignment with brand values and goals. Oversee influencer casting, selection, and strategy for key campaigns, including hero films, TVCs, and social media content. Content/Campaign Oversight and Approvals: Oversee global campaign briefs and the content approval process with cross-functional teams, including marketing, PR, and social media, ensuring creative excellence and consistency with brand values and messaging. Oversee global campaign performance reporting, based on KPIs, liaising with the regions for localized data and insights. Lead influencer strategies for global brand events. Manage talent sourcing, briefings, and project coordination for filming days. Data and Insights: Hold the global relationship with our data/insights platform partner. Oversee the use of analytics tools to track and evaluate the effectiveness of influencer campaigns and provide actionable insights for improvement. Regularly report on influencer marketing outcomes to senior leadership and stakeholders. Generate insights to refine strategies, identify high-performing influencers, and improve future initiatives. Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and manage the global influencer marketing team. Inspire and direct the regional influencer marketing teams. Foster a collaborative and innovative environment to achieve shared goals. Reporting Relationships: This role sits within the Global Marketing function and reports to the Global Director Digital Brand Marketing. Managing: 2 x Senior Managers in the Global Team Dotted line to 1 x Coordinator Key Qualifications and Experience: 8 years and proven experience in Influencer Marketing, including strategy development, within Beauty, Fashion, or Entertainment. Strong negotiation, contract management, and relationship-building skills. Expertise in managing cross-functional teams and collaborating with senior leadership. Deep understanding of influencer marketing trends, platforms, and data-driven decision-making. Proven ability to manage high-profile global campaigns and large budgets effectively.
