My client is looking for a dynamic and proactive Proposals / Bid Manager to join their growing team at their Wakefield office. You will play a key role in driving the growth of the business by managing the bid process for projects with values up to £10M.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead the preparation, writing, and submission of competitive bids and proposals, ensuring compliance with client requirements.
* Manage the full bid process from initial qualification through to submission, including planning, coordination, and presentation.
* Work closely with senior management, estimating teams, and technical specialists to ensure accurate and compelling submissions.
* Develop win strategies, value propositions, and tailored solutions to meet client needs.
* Analyse tender documents and identify risks, opportunities, and key information required for the bid.
* Ensure all proposals are professionally presented, accurate, and submitted on time.
* Build strong relationships with clients, consultants, and internal stakeholders to enhance future business opportunities.
