Responsibilities:
Sourcing new candidates through a variety of techniques such as headhunting, referrals, the internal CRM applications such as Bull Horn, job boards such as indeed.com, Total Jobs ect.
Managing candidate placements and building candidate relationships
Client management and understanding their recruitment needs
Sourcing accommodation, and arranging transportation for overseas migrants
Sourcing new contracts via business development techniques and being able to negotiate and close contracts.
Working to a pre-defined list of KPIs to bring on new candidates
You will manage the recruitment process from the interview to offer stage and beyond. That includes sourcing and interviewing candidates, negotiating salary packages and presenting suitable candidates to clients. Your goal is to build mutually beneficial relationships with clients and candidates
The ability to efficiently screen candidates and arrange interviews.
Keeping and maintaining accurate and compliant client and Candidate records
Making permanent staff and temporary worker placements in line with company targets
Making outbound, proactive sales calls to prospective companies to generate new business
Personal specification
We are looking for the following skillset:
Strong and proven track record in sales, networking and/or client business development abilities or demonstrate a transferrable skillset with a strong willingness to learn
Excellent time management and organisational skills
Self-motivated and target-driven
Flexible and hardworking with a positive can do attitude
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal
Bachelors degree
Masters degree (preferable)
Working Hours (UK time)
9.00am to 5.00pm GMT
Salary: £24,000-£30,000
