We currently have a fantastic opportunity for a Property Manager to join our team. This person would play a key role in further developing and growing the business and reaching its aspirations.
Hours: The role is available for either part or full-time.
We are looking for a proactive and dynamic individual with impeccable standards. The right person will have a minimum of 2-3 years’ experience.
The role requires you to have a full driving licence and your own car; and you may be required to work Saturdays.
Applicants must be able to work in the UK without restrictions.
Duties you will be required to undertake:
* Administrator/Property Manager as required for our clients
* Property onboarding; to include all elements, ID requests, Land Registry, Letters to Vendors & Landlords
* Tenancy Progression from point of referencing, tenant & landlord confirmations, preparing tenancy agreements and statutory notices
* AML & Right to Rent Checks
* Liaising with landlords, tenants, tradesmen, service providers and professional advisors
* Arranging and monitoring works and repairs
* Carrying out property inspections and reporting to landlords
* Compiling rental and contractor payments on a weekly basis
* Liaising with directors on payments due/reconciled
* Chasing outstanding payments as required.
* Negotiating terms of tenancy renewals; alongside directors
* Mediating between landlords and tenants on any issues or disputes
