This is a fantastic opportunity to gain key housing skills and experience within our Tenancy Services Team.

In this role you will take enquiries and help our customers regarding their tenancy queries.
You will also help with the co-ordination of both the starter and end of tenancy procedure.
You will also get the chance to help our Tenancy Officers in a variety of tasks and other areas of our service when there are peaks in work demand.
You will need to have experience of dealing with members of the public and be able to maintain a high level of customer service whilst working under pressure. High IT literacy skills are needed for this role as you will be working with a range of in-house databases.
Your hours can be worked over two or three days, depending on your preference. You will need to be able to work a Wednesday and either a Thursday and/or Friday. This can be discussed at the interview process.
