Position: Electrical Contracts Manager
Location: South West, South Wales
Salary: £45,000 - £55,000 (DOE)

Job Description:
They are currently seeking an experienced Electrical Contracts Manager to oversee projects ranging from £50,000 to £3,000,000. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of project execution, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards. This role offers an exciting opportunity for a dynamic individual to lead and grow within the organisation.
Responsibilities:
1. Plan, organise, and oversee electrical projects from inception to completion
2. Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure project requirements are met
3. Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources effectively
4. Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that may arise
5. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies
6. Provide leadership and mentorship to project teams, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability
7. Maintain strong relationships with clients to drive repeat business and referrals
Requirements:
8. Proven experience in electrical project management, preferably within the industrial, commercial, and domestic sectors
9. Strong knowledge of electrical systems, regulations, and industry best practices
10. Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams
11. Solid understanding of project management principles and techniques
12. Ability to prioritise tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
13. Relevant qualifications or certifications in electrical engineering or project management would be advantageous
