EnerMech currently have an opportunity for a Training and Competence Administrator to join our Training team based in Aberdeen. This is a permanent role offering 37.5 hours a week and will report to the Training Manager. The role will be to provide administrative support to the Training and Competence team and maintain the data to ensure efficient records and reports. Other duties will include; Responsible for being the first point of contact for booking and uploading of training and competence records and training course bookings for all employees, including offshore survivals, refreshers and medicals, with appropriate look ahead times Responsible for all reporting of training, development and competence activity Regularly generate reports from the in house database to ensure all expiry dates are captured and actioned Check and administer training records using in house database Communicate training results, no shows and general feedback to business lines You are? To be successful for this position you will ideally have previously worked in a similar role within a Training team, You will have strong administration experience and have a proven track record in maintaining a high level of confidentiality and professionalism. You will also have an advanced level of Microsoft office packages, specifically excel, word and database experience.
